Model variants: The Range XL series currently includes two models:

  • Range XL-D2500M3: working distance 1500–3500 mm (focal distance 2500 mm), FOV 1200×1000 mm @ 1.5 m up to 2800×1850 mm @ 3.5 m
  • Range XL-D3500M3: working distance 2000–5000 mm (focal distance 3500 mm), FOV 1600×1300 mm @ 2 m up to 4000×2750 mm @ 5 m

Both models feature laser line resolution of 2448, depth/texture maps of 2448×2048, Z-axis single-shot repeatability of 0.14 mm @ 3 m, and ambient light immunity of ≥ 600,000 lux — which is what makes them so effective for red-hot workpiece picking (up to 1300 °C) and semi-outdoor/outdoor positioning tasks.

Software requirements (as noted above): Mech-Eye SDK 2.7.0 or later and Mech-Vision 2.2.1 or later are required.

Mounting note: Range XL models support Eye-to-hand mounting only, so keep this in mind when planning your cell layout.
