LSR L Anti-Ambient-Light Performance
Test Conclusion (LSR L – 1m)
- At a shooting distance of 1m, LSR L can capture high-quality point clouds under 80,000–100,000 lux.
- For dark-colored workpieces, as the number of laser segments increases from 1 to more, point cloud completeness keeps improving, indicating the laser stripes maintain a good signal-to-noise ratio even under direct sunlight.
- For light-colored workpieces, at 1 or 2 segments, the minimum exposure-time limit causes image overexposure and point cloud loss — but the point cloud is still generally acceptable.

Test Conclusion (LSR L – 2m)
1) LSR L: under 40,000 lux of sunlight illuminance, exposure time and laser projection frame size can be tuned to obtain a complete point cloud for cardboard boxes, crankshafts, and workpieces (including reflective objects) placed in a plastic tray.
2) LSR L: at 100% laser projection frame size, the maximum tolerable sunlight illuminance is approximately 16,000 lux for the cardboard box and 15,000 lux for the crankshaft.

LSR L With Extra Optical Filter — Anti-Ambient-Light Performance
Test Conclusion
- With an add-on filter, LSR L can capture high-quality point clouds within 2m distance under a peak illuminance of 120,000–130,000 lux, by adjusting the laser frame size and number of segments.
- With an add-on filter, LSR L at 2.5m distance can capture high-quality point clouds under a peak illuminance of 120,000–130,000 lux for cardboard boxes and metal parts with favorable material/shape, again by adjusting the laser frame size and number of segments.

Test Conclusion
At a shooting distance of 1m and outdoor ambient illuminance of 80,000+ lux, PRO S can capture high-quality point clouds for common industrial workpieces; PRO S V4 outperforms cameras of other brands in anti-ambient-light capability.

NANO Anti-Ambient-Light Performance
Camera tested: NANO-M V4, at 500mm distance
Test conclusion: NANO-M V4 has a certain level of anti-ambient-light performance, mainly due to its narrowband blue filter and the shorter working distance used.
NANO ULTRA Anti-Ambient-Light Performance
Camera tested: NANO ULTRA
Test conclusion: At a height of 400mm, point clouds for non-reflective welded workpieces (e.g., angle steel) can be obtained up to 50,000 lux; for more reflective workpieces, the limit drops below 30,000 lux.
