Reasons for point cloud fluctuation

  1. Reflection light from workpiece surface results in point cloud fluctuation.
  2. Fluctuations and warping at the edges of the point cloud are likely related to the camera’s own algorithms.
  3. Temperature drift should not result in significant fluctuations in single-shot point cloud imaging. However, when comparing the results of multiple captures, there will be a noticeable upward trend in fluctuation.
