When using standard interfaces on-site, it is often encountered that the project cannot be triggered correctly. Here are some troubleshooting steps:
- Check if the robot controller and software version are compatible.
- Verify if the robot software package meets the requirements.
- Ensure that the robot is physically connected to the IPC.
- Confirm if the firewall and antivirus software on the IPC are turned off.
- Verify if the robot’s IP address is set in the same network segment as the IPC.
- Check the PING connection between the robot and the industrial computer.
- Make sure the necessary files for standard interface communication are burned into the robot.
- Verify if the robot’s communication initialization program or configuration files are modified to match the IP address and port number of the industrial computer.
- Confirm if the standard interface communication configuration parameters in Mech-Vision or Mech-Center are set according to the robot model.
- Ensure that the standard interface services in Mech-Vision or Mech-Center are enabled.
