Holder is tilted in 3D ROI step

I am creating a new application, where I place a part on holder and was configuring “Extract 3D Points in 3D ROI” step. When I was doing that, I noticed that my holder is tilted a lot, however, physically, the camera and the holder are parallel to each other. What are the reasons for such deviation?
I am using Mech Vision 1.7.4
Camera Nano
Eye in Hand setup
UR 5E robot arm

This problem can be caused by incorrect external calibration files. Similar to the other issue you raised.Axis are offset when creating pick and place application - #2
This issue does not affect you when you build your project. It will change automatically when you use the correct external calibration results.
