How can the firmware from Mech-Eye cameras be downgraded?
We heared that this need to be done by a developer remotely for V3 cameras.
Is this still the case for the current V4 cameras?
Or can customers downgrade the firmware by themselves from V3 and V4 cameras?
If yes, can you give us a description which steps to follow for a successful downgrade?
For the V4 camera, we still require a professional technical support team to perform firmware downgrades. Currently, we do not have a publicly available method for downgrading camera firmware. If you need a firmware downgrade, please let us know the reason for the downgrade and contact our technical team for remote assistance in downgrading the firmware.
