Why do most of the workpieces near the bin fail to be picked up in the bin picking process?

The workpieces can be picked but the Mech-Viz says Path Planning Failed and Collision.

  • The workpiece is positioned towards the bin, but a collision is detected, resulting in a planning failure. To increase the success rate of picking, you can enable the symmetry of the workpiece and allow the Mech-Viz to attempt picking from multiple angles.

  • Aligning the Z-direction of the position in the Mech-Vision towards the center of the bin can also improve the success rate of picking.
