Symptoms
- System can not run autocalib on ABB CRB 1910 , can not move correctly
- Somethings running on Robotware 8 robot can trigger robot to run
Root Cause
- The formal version of Viz is not compatible for CRB1910, and robot .morb file parser can not parse the robot .morb correctly.
- Robotware 8 has a write permission system.
Fix
-
Replace the robot morb parser with file below in Vision installation dir
mmind_robot_algo.dll (7.0 MB) -
Relplace robot file (or add new) with file below
abb_crb_1810_10_1_52.mrob (1001.0 KB)
it shows 1810, but 1910 is enssentially the same thing, when select robot , chosse 1810. -
If still can not use the robot, contact MM tech support

Release the robot write permisiion on teach pendant (Robotware 8 feature) when execute programme.
