MECH MSR : Modbus TCP Communication Issue

Hi Mech-Mind Team, I would like to ask about sending data from Mech-MSR via Modbus (using Modbus Poll on another PC). We have followed the user manual, but we still cannot trigger MSR from Modbus Poll. For example, when we send a value of 1 or 2 to Holding Register address 0, there is no response. But, when we send the value 3, it shows: “Invalid command.” My question is: what is the correct procedure to trigger the Mech-MSR software via Modbus?

Maybe you can set address 2 value 1-5,and set address 0 value 3

I set address 2 value 1, and address 0 value 3. It seems like I also need to input the Project Number.
