Using "predefined pallet pattern" block in mech viz to palletize but failed?

hi everyone, i’m setting up a path for aubo to pick up simple crates and then palletize them. i use the “predefined pallet pattern” block in mech viz to palletize but the software gives an error. i’ve tried to figure it out but it doesn’t work. hope everyone can help me!!!
