hi everyone, i’m setting up a path for aubo to pick up simple crates and then palletize them. i use the “predefined pallet pattern” block in mech viz to palletize but the software gives an error. i’ve tried to figure it out but it doesn’t work. hope everyone can help me!!!
It seems that the waypoint is unreachable. Please adjust the pallet position to avoid this issue.
To address the Waypoint unreachable error in the Mech-Viz simulation using the Predefined Pallet Pattern block, first, change the TCP (tool center point) orientation so the gripper approaches the pallet correctly, which will usually have the Z-axis facing down. Next, consider changing the symmetry axis in the pallet pattern’s settings (e.g., Z to Y or X), and lower the values for any X, Y, or Z offsets, if the pallet positions are too far out. You should also verify for joint limit violations or collisions in the robot’s available range and adjust accordingly, as well as manually check the reachability for a few critical way points to confirm accessibility.
Contact me if you need help adjusting the TCP alignment or offset values.
Thank you for your feedback. When I saw your feedback, I tried to adjust the pallet position many times but failed. I hope you can support me via “Team viewer” or “Ultra viewer” so that I can complete the project as soon as possible. If I can’t be online remotely, I will send the project file here for you to check for me. Thank you, I hope you reply.
Hi mr williamclark, thank you for giving me the method. I have tried some of the methods you suggested but failed. Maybe I did something wrong at some stage. Please support me, I really need your help to adjust. How can I contact you. Please give me feedback, thank you very much

My file cannot be uploaded. Although I tried to compress it, it is likely too large. Could you “team viewer” help me for 5-10 minutes? Looking forward to your response.
