Max scan rate for LNX8080

How can I achieve 15KHz scan rate with the LNX8080.
I have set Z-Direction ROI to 1/16 with very short exposure time, but the max scan rate is only 13822Hz.

Hello, in administrator mode, you can set the Exposure Delay parameter to 1, and the frequency can reach 14,687Hz.
