Cannot open Mech-Center, "DDL load failed: The specified procedure could not be found" error in python

Problem

Mech-Center cannot be opened. When using the command line to open Mech-Center, Python reports an error: DDL load failed: The specified procedure could not be found.

Solution

  1. Uninstall the software and reinstall it.
  2. Download the repair tool “DirectX Repair” and use it for plugin repair.
  3. Check system environment variables. If there are environment variables similar to PYTHONHOME or PYTHONPATH, try deleting them. (Make sure that deleting the identified Python environment variables won’t affect other software.)
  4. If the issue persists, please contact Mech-Mind engineering support.
