Fixing occasional absence of depth map in camera image capturing (have 2D image but no depth map)

Problem

After triggering Mech-Vision, the camera can capture images, but Mech-Vision cannot operate.

And then you can find that the camera is able to capture a 2D image, but there is no depth map.
In Mech-Eye Viewer, the 2D image is visible, but the depth map is not.
In the Mech-Vision project, 2D images can be received, but there is no depth map received.

Possible reason

Unstable network connections.

Troubleshooting steps

  • Check the camera’s Ethernet cable connection for any damage or wear and tear. If you find any damage, please replace the cable.
  • If the camera is directly connected to a computer, disable any unused network ports to ensure a more stable connection.
  • If you are using a network switch, it’s recommended to use a Gigabit Ethernet switch to guarantee smooth data transmission.
