Mech-Eye Viewer can connect to the camera normally to take pictures, but when connecting to the camera again in Mech-Vision, an error message appears as shown below (the camera is unavailable or the parameter file cannot be found).
This may be because you did not allow Mech-Vision to be added to the whitelist when installing the software.
The solution is as follows:
- Turn off the firewall, and then try to connect to the camera;
- If the camera can be used after turning off the firewall, it is possible that the software has not been added to the whitelist;
- Add the software to the whitelist. If none of the above operations work, please contact our technical staff.
