It seems that the license key for the dongle is not supported. You can try exchanging dongles with your colleague.
Training of cascaded models is included in the ‘Pro Train’ version, but not in the ‘Standard’ version.
If it is confirmed to be a difference in the license file, you can contact our sales team.
