We are current using Mech Eye SDK 2.1.0 based on C# and .NET framework 4.7.2.

However, the environment configuration requirement on Mech-Mind website is minimum .NET frame 4.8.0.

How to solve the framework compatible problem? Will you support for customize demand?

Mech Eye SDK 2.1.0 supports .NET framework 4.8.0.
If you need support for .NET framework 4.7.2, a customized version is required. Once this customized version has been tested, it will be provided to you.
