We try to flash the master control program to the Kuka robot and attempt to control it. However, we encounter a situation where we couldn’t follow the instructions described in the master control manual. We would like to inquire about the possible reasons for the situation depicted in the image below.
The reason for this situation is that the safety circuit is not closed. It is usually due to a disconnection in the robot’s safety circuits or PLC communication signal restrictions (if it applies).
In this case, it is recommended to consult with the on-site robot engineer to locate the robot situation and release the safety signal restrictions before you can continue.
