Issue
During the initial stages of the project, it is common practice to confirm floor heights and camera installation space with the end users.
However, unforeseen factors (such as air ducts, fire safety measures, gas pipes, etc.) may still arise on the actual site, preventing the camera from being installed at the desired camera image-capturing height, as shown in the picture.
Solution
When installing an arm-mounted (EIH) camera, there is the option of adjusting the robot’s image-capturing pose to tilt the camera at a small angle, avoiding water pipes and successfully capturing images.
For fixed-mount (ETH) camera installations, you can use inclined brackets to widen the camera’s field of view, allowing for successful image capturing without increasing the installation height.
