I am using Halcon to connect to an LNX laser profiler, but I can't find the LNX laser profiler

I can successfully connect to the LNX laser profiler using Mech-Eye Viewer and VisionPro, but Halcon cannot detect the LNX laser profiler.

  • This could be due to the profiler being occupied by other programs, causing the LNX laser profiler to be unable to be detected by Halcon.
  1. Please try closing any other software that may be using the LNX laser profiler and its background processes.
  2. If the issue persists, please try restarting your PC and the camera.
