Does the 180-degree difference between the robot's six-axis direction and the actual direction have any impact when using Mech-Viz?

Does it have any impact on verifying the extrinsic parameters using Mech Viz if the six-axis direction of the robot differs from the actual robot by 180 degrees?

There is no impact as long as the robot’s DH parameters are consistent with the actual robot. Even if there is a 180-degree difference in the six-axis direction during the verification of the extrinsic parameters, the sent visual positions will not be affected.
